COACH PROFILE
Angel is a great Coach with international experience, who is waiting for receive an offer in order return to profesional football.
Meanwhile he was coaching this season at the team in his village, at C.X. Sanxenxo, Tercera Division Group I, team with a extreamly poor conditions. Despite all of this with a very low leveled team, Coach Angel has got the first position in the table with team with lot of work. Without any kind of help, without Budget for hire players, etc. It’s like a miracle the achievements of Coach Angel and what is he did.
Coach Angel is very experienced training with Young players, reserves teams, U21, U19… He have the knowledge about “the concept of what a Young team need to be», he is always close to the first team’s Coach.
Coach Angel has trained a lot of Young players, who has been rejected. and he could see their real potential. He trained them, he guided them, he trained and teached them how to rely on themselves and explode.
Giving some known players he trained, DANI ABALO and VICTOR VAZQUEZ ROSALES are good examples, rejected at their teams. Coach Angel saw their potential, he relied on and trusted them and he trained them. Finally they played at R.C. Celta de Vigo at First Division Liga BBVA, beeing the beginning of the revolution of Celta’s Young players.
As International Coach he achieved his greatest acheivements. Coaching at AL ITTIHAD, one of the most important teams at Asia, where with Raul Caneda as first Coach and Angel as Young team Coach, they began a deeply change and revolution, which was imediately effective, and still today Al Ittihad staff and supporters are enjoying it, even Saudi Arabia National Team with the following players:
- Goalkeepers: Fawaz Al Qarni and Abdulaziz Takroni
- Defenders: Talal Albsi and Mohammed Wassem Al Nakhli
- Midfielders: Abdulfattah Asiri and Mohammed Al Amri
- Striker: Abdulrahman Al Ghamdi
All of the players are in the starting 11 squad at their team, playing ASIAN Champions League, even playing as titular at Saudi Arabia National Team, especially Fawaz Al Qarni and Abdulfattah Asiri, who have played some matches with the National Team, trained by the spanish coach Juan Ramon Lopez Caro.
His great knowledge to develop a great work with a Young/reserves team of a Top team is granted. Coach Angel’s work is focused always in order to optimize the player’s abilities in order to achieve fast evolution to be ready to jump up to the first team, without forgetting the competitive factor and the obtaining of results, since he believes that the best way to grow players is playing the right way and winning matches.
Appart from his extensive experience as Coach, Angel has worked for 4 years at Malaga’s technical secretary team , because of he has deep knowledge of international players.
